1. Website Use

4. Custom and Private-Label Products
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of supplied artwork, trademarks, labels, claims, barcodes, instructions and regulatory content. Production tolerances, color variations and product-specific limitations must be agreed before order confirmation.
5. Samples and Approvals
Where a sample, digital proof or reference is provided, the buyer must review it carefully. Written approval may authorize production. Samples and production goods may show reasonable variations caused by materials or manufacturing processes.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices, currencies, taxes, duties, freight, insurance, banking charges, validity periods and payment schedules will be stated in the applicable quotation or proforma invoice. Website content does not override those documents.
7. Production and Delivery
Production and shipment dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Delays may result from approvals, payment, materials, carriers, customs, force-majeure events or circumstances outside reasonable control.
8. Inspection, Claims and Returns
The buyer should inspect goods promptly and submit any claim within the period and method stated in the agreed commercial documents. Custom-made, private-label or buyer-approved goods are not ordinarily returnable except where expressly agreed.
9. Intellectual Property
Website text, design, graphics and branding belong to Global Glass Exim or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Buyer-supplied intellectual property remains subject to the buyer’s warranties and responsibilities.
10. Limitation and Governing Terms
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability will be governed by the accepted order documents. The governing law, jurisdiction, dispute process and any product-specific limitations may be defined in the final commercial agreement.
